Porto Maltese is a company founded in 1989 in Malta. That's how that surname appeared in the company's name. The purpose of the company was trade in fresh and frozen fish and shellfish. Very quickly, the company became one of the leaders in the market. The next step was to have our own shell beds for breeding and growing and … logically after that came the restaurant, as the best promotion of what we had to offer. But what sort of restaurant?
